  • Equipment evaluation: we will assess what you have and make recommendations to better equip your at-home workout experience. don’t have anything available to you? no problem! all of our trainers are knowledgeable when it comes to creating a great home-based workout, no equipment required.

  • Personalized trainer selection: Miriam will personally select an #MFStrong trainer that she deems a great fit, just for you.

  • Customized, 1-on-1 training sessions: virtual training sessions with a completely customized workout program, 1-on-1 cues and corrections from a trained, certified professional.

  • Weekly fitness homework: no program is complete without additional workouts to help you progress throughout the week.

  • Unlimited communication: our #MFstrong team is here to support you every step of the way.
